What do I get when I buy this template?

With each purchase, you get the complete source code of the app Template, including Javascript, css and SCSS, and html files, in a zip format. You can make modification to the source code and make your own app(s) as per the license.

What you will get is all the source code of the ionic template ready to be used. This way we make sure you can customize as much as you need.

What kind of changes are allowed in the source code after purchase?

Once you purchase a starter, you can modify the code in any way you like. Your modification should comply with our licensing terms. A Basic license allows you to create a single app (1 iOS+ 1 android + 1 PWA) from a starter/theme/template, while Extended license allows you to create multiple products from a starter/theme/template. Do I get free updates when I purchase the template?

We provide free updates for bug fixes and when there are new versions on Ionic Framework with minor changes. E.g. a version change from 4.4 to 4.7 will normally be covered in free updates. If there are breaking changes between version, we try to provide both version for all types of users.

For a breaking change in Ionic 4.7, which changed dependency from Angular 7 to Angular 8, we have provided 2 separate ZIPs for each product. This way, users can use whichever version they want to

What payment methods are supported ?

We currently support Paypal, Stripe and Razorpay. Razorpaay is only for Indian users currently.

Do you offer support?

We offer support for errors and bugs pertaining to the templates.

We offer no support for customization or administration of the templates. However, we can customize your template / starter for you as a separate project. To get your starter customized by our expert team, drop us an email at support@enappd.com with

We are also happy to walk customers through the template structure & installation process and answer any support queries in that regard.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the template?

With every product, we provide a downloadable APK and/or a web demo for testing. Along with this, there are several screenshots taken from the actual app. These can help you decide if the app is as per your requirements or not, before purchase.

Once purchased, we do not normally provide a refund, as all our goods are digital goods, and once sold they cannot be taken back. You can always avail our chat support or ask for support at support@enappd.com after purchase. If the purchased app is significantly deviating from the features mentioned in the description, or is heavily buggy, we will consider a refund. Please read more about our refund policy here.

Technical

What is included in the app starters?

The app starters contain front-end, back-end, admin panel in various combinations.

App description will contain all the features included. Look for a FRONT-END ONLY, or BACK-END INCLUDED tags in the description.

  • FRONT-END ONLY - contains only front-end template of the app, with navigation and all front-end effects

  • BACK-END INCLUDED - contains a back-end integrated with front-end code as well. This can be a Firebase, woo-commerce or any other back-end. Details can be found in app description.

Where do I get the installation and setup instructions ?

Installation and setup instructions are given with each app, generally inside the README file of the project. In certain cases, complete documentation will be provided separately on cloud. You can look for a link for documentation on the product page.

What if I face installation issues ?

If you face any issues in setting up the app starter/template on your system, feel free to drop us an email at support@enappd.com. Our support will quickly get back to you and help you setup the template / starter properly.

Where do I report if I find bugs in the apps?

All of our apps go through a strict quality process, so you are not likely to find bugs in the app templates / starters. In case you find any minor bug, you can report it to us at support@enappd.com and we will get it fixed ASAP
